Thoughts of the month
You’d think I’d start the New Year with some new resolutions, but I didn’t.
My opinion is that if you want a change in your life or within yourself, you should set a goal and start working towards it no matter what time of year it is. Just because it’s a new year it doesn’t make it magically easier, it’s just a number shift in the calendar. If you want something in life you should go after it asap!
I used to think that it’s harder to meet new friends once you’re older and don’t study anymore/change jobs as much.
Now I think it all depends on what you choose to do with your life. If you choose to do things that you like and things that makes you happy, you will meet likeminded people.
I’m so glad I jumped into Vanlife as I did. If I would’ve chosen the easy and more traveled route of life I’m positive I wouldn’t feel as grateful as I do today. I honestly feel like I’ve enriched my life in so many ways.
I’m so grateful for all the wonderful people I’ve met on the road who I now can call friends. Every single person I’ve met in Vanlife have been so different from the person I’ve met before, still we’re all so alike.
This year will be filled with choices to make, and I’m feeling so excited about life right now.
Things I want to do 2020: Go surfing, hike more, try Ouzo and Meze, go on wine tasting at a vineyard, watch an outdoor movie and have a best-in-test-party.
